I have been working in the field of psychology for 25 years. I grew up in a family of psychoanalysts, so my life has been immersed in the workings of the mind. I have dedicated my life to knowing myself which gives me the strength to help others learn about themselves. My personal nature and superior training allows me to help people manage the complicated array of emotions that naturally occur among all of us.
Whether you are in the midst of a crisis or simply tired of how you feel, if you can commit yourself to working in therapy, you will find that it is a gift that will deeply affect your life. It helps you to understand yourself, your relationships, and challenges your everyday thoughts and perceptions. You will find that that you will be able to understand and then manage your feelings as opposed to experiencing that your feelings hold you hostage. You will learn how to make thoughtful choices about life as opposed to feeling like life happens to you. The end result will help you feel more alive and more connected to yourself, to others and to your environment.
