Rates
Our first session will be 90 minutes. It is considered a consultation. My consultation fee is $400.00.
My fee for regular sessions (55 min.) is $300.00 per session. I do, at times, provide a sliding scale given individual circumstances.
Insurance
At this time, I do not work directly with any insurance company, and am considered to be on the non-provider list.
Payments can be made directly to me. I will then give clients a super bill in which they can send to the insurance company and any reimbursement will be sent directly to them.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You can also pay me directly on my website.
Cancellation Policy
My product is time. Once you enter into a working relationship with me, I expect that you own your time. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
I also have found it helpful for my patients to purchase a booklet of sessions. You can purchase a number of sessions for a fee and use the sessions as you wish.
I find it most useful to meet with patients at least once a week, twice a week is better. If someone is in crisis, often times three or four sessions a week can be much more effective then waiting to work through a pressing issue over a period of a month. However I know time is an issue in todays world. While I prefer meeting with patients in person in my office, one of the many advantages of tele-therapy is the ease of attending sessions. No longer does someone need to drive in traffic to be seen.
Each individual requires something personal given their circumstances. I am flexible and willing to do as much as possible in order to make your therapeutic experience not only worthwhile but life changing.
